Total Physiotherapy Software (TOPS)

 

TOPS is a complete Physiotherapy Practice Management Solution.

 

TOPS includes a central Diary from which your appointments are managed. Treatment sessions are registered in the Diary once a patient presents (or Fails to Attend). The patient's clinical notes and account details are all accessed from the Diary.

 

The Diary accommodates multiple practitioners across multiple site. For example, by default your practice is the primary location, but you may wish to add a gym, public swimming pool, or another practice location.

 

Full patient history is available at any time via the Diary. You can record your Clinical Notes, distribution of products to a patient, exercise prescriptions and Home Programs.

 

As expected, invoices can be prepared and receipts issued at any time after the appointment is attended.
